📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify invoices and receipts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
- Assist in bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Handle petty cash and manage disbursements.
- Support the accounting team in preparing financial statements and tax documents.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related administrative role.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
