📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to candidate selection and onboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development
• Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and grievances
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports
• Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve the overall employee experience

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
