📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Assist in the organization and execution of daily operations, including scheduling and coordination.
• Maintain and update operational records and reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B or retail industry.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and other retail software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
