📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and enforce credit policies to ensure timely payments
• Process customer payments and update financial records
• Resolve outstanding accounts and communicate with customers to ensure resolution
• Generate and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information
• Use financial software like QuickBooks and Salesforce to manage and track transactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably in the import-export industry
• Strong knowledge of financial software, including QuickBooks and Salesforce
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices
