📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and sustain Six Sigma principles in administrative processes.
• Conduct data analysis using Minitab and Excel to identify process inefficiencies.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure compliance with Six Sigma standards.
• Provide training and support to staff on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve operational goals.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or Black Belt preferred).
• Proven experience as an administrative professional with a focus on process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Minitab and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of operational excellence principles and best practices.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
