📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices and payments using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
• Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and provide support to finance teams as needed.
• Monitor accounts payable processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Participate in regular financial reviews and meetings with senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounts payable.
• Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks for financial transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
