As the General Accounting Section Leader, you'll work closely with the Finance Manager to develop and execute financial strategies that support Kumon's mission. You'll oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of accountants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoices, customer payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Implement and maintain accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP, to streamline financial processes.
• Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager to develop and execute financial strategies that support Kumon's growth.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including the board of directors and management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within accounting or finance.
• Proven experience in managing a team of accountants and driving financial excellence.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and lead a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in professional accounting, such as CPA or ACCA, is a plus.
