📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential land and property sites for development projects.,Conduct due diligence on potential sites, including legal, environmental, and financial assessments.,Negotiate with landowners, developers, and other stakeholders to secure sites for our projects.,Coordinate with legal, financial, and engineering teams to ensure successful site acquisition.,Manage and track the progress of site acquisition activities.,Prepare and present reports on site acquisition activities to senior management.,Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate and property development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition and property development.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian real estate laws and regulations.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Experience with property valuation and financial analysis.,Familiarity with GIS and other real estate software tools is a plus.
