CV Ratu Persada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Klaten, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding fleet operations.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition.,Manage and maintain relationships with third-party service providers, such as mechanics and fuel suppliers.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Provide training and support to fleet drivers and maintenance staff.,Prepare and maintain accurate records of fleet operations and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
