📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the restaurant's cash flow and ensure accurate and timely transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including cash register and receipts.,Assist in inventory management by recording sales and ordering supplies as needed.,Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations.,Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.,Train and supervise junior cashiers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in the restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash register software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in cash handling or customer service are a plus.
