Food Easy Group is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Tuban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth logistics, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage operations from anywhere while contributing to the growth of our food distribution network.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and compliance.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations efficiently and effectively.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with food and beverage industry logistics is a plus.
