Food Bright Pratama is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our store in Tambora, Jakarta Raya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a remote position, requiring a high level of self-motivation and organizational skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Manage store budget and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.,Participate in inventory audits and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales strategies.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
