PT Luhur Cempaka is looking for a dedicated Branch Manager to oversee our operations in Binjai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and a passion for driving business growth. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be willing to visit the office occasionally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement measures to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Represent the company at industry events and meetings.,Work closely with the head office to ensure alignment with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
