📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain CNC machines, Stamping presses, Sheet Metal machinery, and Turret machines.,Ensure the quality and accuracy of manufactured products by following company standards and procedures.,Monitor production schedules and output to meet daily and weekly targets.,Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.,Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for new production runs.,Document production processes and maintain records of machine performance.,Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC, Stamping, Sheet Metal, or Turret operations.,Familiarity with computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software is a plus.,Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.,Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required.
