Klinik Zahra Auto Service is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our auto service center, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for the automotive industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the auto service center, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and coordinate the work of service technicians, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance.,Monitor inventory levels and order parts as needed to maintain optimal stock.,Schedule and assign work orders to technicians, ensuring efficient use of resources.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
