📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Manage and supervise a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Handle inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.,Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within operations or retail management.,Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
