As the Lead Mechanic, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet of vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily maintenance and repair of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Inspect and diagnose mechanical issues to ensure vehicles are operating safely and efficiently.,Coordinate with other departments to schedule and perform maintenance tasks.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Train and mentor junior mechanics to maintain high standards of work.,Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.,Provide technical support and advice to drivers and other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring a team of mechanics.,Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.,Familiarity with various types of vehicles and their specific maintenance needs.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
