Bloom Food Sejahtera is seeking a talented and motivated Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting tasks, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting the finance department in achieving its objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and budgets.,Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Support the finance team in financial analysis and forecasting.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Provide support to the finance manager in financial planning and analysis.,Ensure all financial documentation is complete and accurate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
