Fast Silver Sentosa is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Klaten and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Manage HR information systems and ensure data accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and information systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Understanding of basic English is a plus.
