📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payment of employees.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and financial improvement strategies.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial reporting standards.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work arrangements and remote collaboration tools.
