📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions.,Manage training schedules and coordinate with trainers.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Ensure that all training activities are aligned with the company's strategic goals.,Collaborate with the Training Officer to create and maintain training materials.,Support the Training Officer in managing training budgets and resources.,Provide feedback and guidance to employees on their training and development needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Experience in managing training budgets and resources is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
