📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
• Lead process improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma projects
• Optimize production schedules and resource allocation using advanced software tools like SAP and Microsoft Dynamics
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to address operational issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing consulting or a similar role
• Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
