📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the crew, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.,Ensure the safety and security of the vessel and all passengers.,Plan and execute daily operations, including routes, schedules, and maintenance.,Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns.,Monitor and maintain the vessel's performance and condition.,Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and other relevant certifications.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of local regulations and maritime laws.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
