Sumber Wati Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Binjai branch. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers.,Ensure the branch is well-presented and clean, creating a welcoming environment for customers.,Attend and participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
