You will work closely with the Captain and crew to maintain high standards of safety and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in navigating the vessel and ensuring safe passage.,Monitor vessel systems and equipment to ensure proper functioning.,Maintain and update navigational charts and records.,Conduct safety drills and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.,Coordinate with the crew to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.,Report any issues or concerns to the Captain immediately.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of safety equipment.,Ensure compliance with maritime laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Captain or similar role.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MM) or equivalent.,Knowledge of navigational rules and regulations.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with vessel systems and equipment.,Good physical health and fitness to perform duties at sea.,Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
