📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices and receipts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
• Assist in bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Handle petty cash and manage disbursements.
• Support the accounting team in preparing financial statements and tax documents.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related administrative role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and practices.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
