📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external recruiters.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
