📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the planning, design, and execution of cement production projects.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations for new projects.,Prepare project reports and present findings to stakeholders.,Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and engineering in the cement industry.,Strong knowledge of cement production processes and technologies.,Proficiency in project management tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
