📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and optimize procurement processes for data warehouse and supply chain operations.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best possible terms for the company.Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities.Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Provide procurement support to other departments as needed.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the seafood or related industries.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and best practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
