In this role, you will be responsible for managing our retail operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of Shop Assistants to ensure smooth retail operations.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Maintain accurate inventory and stock levels.,Promote sales and achieve monthly targets.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on sales and customer feedback.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or a similar role.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team.,Strong customer service skills and experience in handling customer complaints.,Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is an advantage.,Education up to high school level or equivalent.
