📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update procurement records and documents.,Support the procurement team in preparing and submitting purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Conduct research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and market trends.,Assist in the organization and coordination of procurement activities and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local business practices is a plus.
