Point Bright Unggul is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, scheduling, and maintaining candidate records.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits, such as leave requests, insurance, and retirement plans.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.,Assist in the organization of HR events, such as team-building activities and training sessions.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing the HR calendar.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
